About Rhea

Rhea Little (she/her) is a Liverpool-based intimacy coordinator working across film and television. With over four years of experience in the screen industry and two years specialising in intimacy coordination, she brings a movement-led, performer-focused approach to creating safe, collaborative spaces for intimate storytelling. Rhea is certified through the SAG-AFTRA Accredited Intimacy Professionals Association . Her additional training in Mental Health First Aid, LGBTQIA+ Awareness, and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion underpins a practice that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and deeply attuned to performer wellbeing.

Originally coming from a theatrical background, Rhea has worked across acting, movement direction, and choreography within live art and performance. Years of dance training continue to inform her approach to physical storytelling, giving her a strong understanding of how bodies move, communicate, and hold emotion on screen. This movement background also led her to qualify as a pole fitness instructor, further deepening her knowledge of strength, body awareness, and performer safety. She brings this embodied understanding into her intimacy work, helping performers approach intimate scenes with clarity, confidence, and agency.

Rhea has worked with major broadcasters and platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, BBC, ITV, Sky, and Channel 4. She is known for her calm, grounded presence on set and her ability to quickly build trust with performers and creative teams alike. Highly attuned to the subtleties of power dynamics, energy, and non-verbal communication, she is able to step into new productions with sensitivity and clarity, supporting both the creative vision and the people bringing it to life.

Grounded in a sex-positive, body-positive, and consent-forward framework, Rhea fosters environments where performers feel respected, informed, and empowered to take creative risks within clearly defined boundaries. She works closely with all departments from prep through to wrap, ensuring intimate content is approached with care, transparency, and professionalism. The result is work that is ethically grounded, emotionally authentic, and artistically compelling.
